Magazine Advert
This is my magazine advert for my media production. I have tried to use the conventions I found in my research and also some continuity throughout my media products. For example I used the same display font as my digipak to make it easily relate able to my magazine advert. I followed the conventions of a magazine advert with use of large images and text, but also small aspects such as the production company and the website. I also included singles from the album that are also featured on the digipak.
Magazine Research
Here above is an example of a Digipak/CD advertisement in a magazines which shows many of the conventions included. These conventions include: Large Title, Image of Artist, Image of CD and related information. The reasoning of having an image of both the artist and CD is to show the link between the two so that you know who and what you are looking for in the stores. The use of a Large title and large image, allows the advertisement to stand out and be recognised from other pages in the magazine (eye catching). There is also some placement of information which tells of some of the tracks that are on the album or information that may also be included in the album. These are normally the most popular, this therefore attracts many to buy the CD.
Here below are some more examples of these conventions.

Digipak Draft with Feedback
This is my first digital draft of my digipak, with feedback explaining what is missing and what could be improved. I will now take this advice and improve my digipak by adding the missing elements but also changing some of the visual images such as the watch to something more relatable to Redbone.
